The glass bulbs of the Cosmedico lamps are crystal clear!
In our new bulb washing system, every single glass bulb is cleaned and made completely dust-free before it is processed further in lamp production. The warehouse and glass production facility can be as clean and pure as possible (with the exception of the absolute dust free clean rooms for chip production). To ensure that no foreign particles remain inside the glass bulb that could impair the lamp quality, our glass bulbs are washed in an ultrasonic bath and then dried with compressed air. Only then do they go into further processing. In this way we ensure that no foreign particles rest inside the lamp and thus every Cosmedico tanning lamp meets the high quality standards that we set for it.
